Do not use a NiMH/NiCad/lead-acid charger! Also, do not abuse these batteries, do not short, bend, crush, or puncture. Never charge or use unattended. Always inspect batteries and surrounding circuitry constantly for any damage, loose wiring, or the possibility of short circuits. Polarity matches all PKCELL LiPoly/LiIon chargers and boards, other brands may have reverse polarity and can destroy your battery. As with all Lithium-ion polymer batteries and with any power source – they should be used by experts who are comfortable working with power supplies.

A1: Yes, we can give away some products for free to test the quality and market, and the shipping cost needs to be paid by you

A2: You can pay via T/T,L/C at sight,Western Union, Cash etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as order confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.

A6: We will do the following things before assembling the pack: a. Select capacity, same capacities cells for one pack b. Measure the voltage, same voltage cells for one pack(difference is under 0.02v per cell) c. Measure the inner resistance,same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1m Ohm) All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.
