  • Payment Methods:  We accept various payment types, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal.
  • Shipping:  We offer flexibility! Depending on your needs and location, we can ship your order via air freight (using carriers like FEDEX, DHL, UPS, EMS, etc.) or via sea freight.

Can your battery packs meet requirements for special environments (like extreme temperatures, water/shock resistance)

Yes, absolutely. We can design and build battery packs tailored for challenging conditions. We offer solutions using 18650 cells rated for wide operating temperatures (e.g., discharge from -40℃ up to +85℃ discharge with specific cell types), and our pack designs can incorporate features for waterproofing, shock resistance, and intrinsic safety (explosion protection) as required by your application.

Do you provide certification services like UN38.3, CE, or UL?

Yes, we can facilitate and provide these certification services for your battery packs. The typical estimated lead times are:

  • UN38.3: Approx. 2 weeks
  • CE: Approx. 1 week
  • UL:  Approx. 5 weeks(Please note these are estimates and can vary based on testing queues and specific requirements.)
Do you support customization of the Battery Management System (BMS)?
